Community

Corporate responsibility is part of our business strategy, and our personal commitment to help others. We invest our time, money, and talents in the communities where we live and work.

NEEDS (Nulty Employees Exhibiting Deeds of Service)

Each year, every Nulty employee receives eight hours of paid time to do volunteer work at the non-profit organization of their choice. We have donated our time to the Salvation Army, Red Cross, Kalamazoo Nature Center, Portage Rotary, Habitat for Humanity, Back Pack Buddies, and MDA Lock-up; as well as many local schools and churches.

Prevention Works

Nulty Insurance is proud to be a corporate sponsor of Prevention Works. Prevention Works is a non-profit organization that works to educate Kalamazoo area youth on the dangers of drugs, alcohol, and violence. They provide comprehensive health education services to youth and families. Their programs reach over 5,000 youth and families each year.

Urban Youth for Africa

Urban Youth for Africa is a program of the Kalamazoo Deacons Conference. The program allows Kalamazoo youth to journey to Africa and experience a different world.  The program includes team building, leadership training, community service projects, mentorship and much more.  Nulty will hold our 3rd Annual Beach Party Benefit in Summer 2012 to benefit Urban Youth for Africa.  Check back for more information on this great event.

Kalamazoo Marathon

Nulty Insurance was proud to be a corporate sponsor for the inaugural Kalamazoo Marathon in 2011, and will be again in 2012.  Click here to find out more about all of the activities that are planned for the event on May 4-6, 2012.

Big Brothers/Big Sisters

Big Brothers/Big Sisters is the oldest and largest youth mentoring organization in the United States. We are proud to participate in the annual fund-raising bowl-a-thon; and we are also a corporate sponsor of the annual benefit dinner.
