Health Reimbursement Account

Health Reimbursement Accounts or HRA's are a way for an employer to offer a high deductible medical plan to keep premiums low while self-funding an HRA account to reimburse employees for selected medical out-of-pocket expenses.  An employer chooses the benefits and maximum amounts they will reimburse to the employee and only has to fund the account as needed.  Nulty Insurance will work with you to see if an HRA is a good concept for your company.
