We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, unless the disclosure is necessary to service your account, and is permitted by law. For example, we may disclose non-public personal information about you in the following situations:  to carry out a transaction that you request; to provide information to companies who perform services on our behalf to help us administer your insurance policies and adjust claims; to comply with a validly issued and enforceable subpoena or summons. 
We do not sell information about our customers.

Jurisdiction and Enforceability
Use of this web site is governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, other than laws governing conflicts of laws. The exclusive venue for the resolution of any related dispute is a court of competent jurisdiction in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
